Three problems here with you yelling wolf.
1. if the company needs sell shares to stay open until we get a deal, then your driving the price down means that we have to sell more shares. That costs me through dilution.
2. There IS an reason for SP rise, namely NASH numbers are to be revealed soon.
3. The higher the share price, the better any partnership deal might be as we won't seem desperate.
