From how I looked at $BCAP's regular weekly chart, it seems very much as if the drive to $0.0002 in January was to force the golden cross not to occur then. This will be round #2, plus the cup & handle formation.
The $BCAP golden cross looks like it'll be next week or the week after (confirmation), with the actual cross occurring now.
