When does Treaty plan to start drilling this well on the Mitchell Lease?
Who will get the revenue from any production, assuming the well is successful? Treaty or US Fuels, the lease owner?
Why did Treaty decide to drill on another company's lease & not their own?
What evidence to Treaty have that there is economic quantities of oil at this location, and why have other companies not found this oil in the past?
