DPA is useless since plant not built for 2+yrs
If it ever gets financed and/or built.
SPP Indonesian-made panels are coming from overseas. DPA doesn't help them at all until they're making panels in the U.S. That might not be happening for a long time.
Exciting for dozens of U.S. solar panel manufacturers with their own label.
