It's very simple.  Some entity, whether it be a competitor, a Belize environmentalist,  hedgefund shorters, or a greedy bastard ex-VP who was so-called managing W. Texas;  TECO is under attack.  These minion punks hang out on message boards all day bad mouthing companies for their above mentioned bosses just to bring the PPS down to .0001 and then the greys.  That's there mission and the only way to stop them is "SUCCESS WITHIN A RELATIVELY SHORT TIME SPAN".  IT'S A RACE!
