Oh well. It's been a fun weekend. Happy Sunday. Swam in the Deleware River for my first time, ever. NO PFD.
The game commission chick came down and told: any vessel, you need a PFD on. Said OK sorry, my toob doesn't agree. So can I swim in the river, like without the toob to avoid the whole PFD issues. Yes, she said.
Why is it justified that you can swim but you can't swim holding a toob unless you have a life vest on. I don't get it. These rules make no sense.
