It cost my son $500 a month for gas to go to work in Michigan. If we hit $10 it will cost $1000.
Rent is $700 a deal right now. Goes to $1000 next year. Real estate agent was here taking pictures. So that isn't a given if there is a new owner. Could go to $1600-1700.
2 bedroom 2 miles from his work presently cost $1638 a month....add 5% come next year $1719
However, seems to me another factor might be capturing the savings one would get if there were Tesla free energy and social security goes to 5k per person.
