of course whatever the a/s will be, we have to 'fit' there

a 25 mil a/s means a r/s of 100 to 1,,,,2.5 bil, divided by 100 equals 25 mil....

...its gonna depend where the price will hold....

then maybe even a higher a/s if we get a very low r/s, for other

investors to have liquidity...

one cent times 500 equals 5 dollars..............

five cents times 100 equals 5 dollars.............

.........

more importantly, now let the whales and big guns get a good look

at our cards now and what 'we' are trying to do............

work on the math

and come back with a number!!!!!!!!!!

hehehe, this could easily go ballistic now....

so the 'numbers' all might change,,,,,or they opt out

something in the range of a r/s 100 to 1, and a a/s 40/50 mil ?!

although the 25 mil a/s seems like they are going with info they have.....

so they can maitain the big board status. and a high shr price

with a forward split when the 1500 hits the market!
