Interesting piece of information regarding processing times for State of Delaware....

Doc made Lamont Ellis president back in March 30th, 2022.

Then in the quarterly report doc said him being made president officially was still pending with State of Delaware.

So I did some digging as always and came across this....

Guess it makes sense when Doc said train not moving as fast as we want. Now we may know why.
