I agree DJKnows, JR will provide the needed audited FY financials and pay whatever is needed to aid in bringing KMAG out of the grey market and into the pinks.  Once we move back into the pinks a NOBO should not be needed unless minimoo continues to wage war against KMAG.  Long and Strong KMAG
