Respert, I appreciate your response. Sounds like a reasonable assumption. We tend to get all hyped up on “ it’s going to happen this week, next month and so on. When in reality, the grass is growing and we are just concentrating on it to closely expecting a 4 leaf clover to pop up all the time. It’s human nature to want, expect and be goal orientated. All that have been in bio any length of time should know you can almost guarantee delays and missed deadlines. Not because they aren’t trying to adhere to their own goals, but because of the amount of intangibles in the way. The reality is, it will take longer than we think to get the results we want snd you might as well live life while you are waiting. That’s a reminder to myself as I tend to also concentrate to much on that clover from time to time
