That's like the fund manager who told my friend not to buy CTIX at .47. Now she keeps saying "sure wish I had bought down there, afraid to buy now."
Well, the guy who told my friend not to buy, just made 40 million bucks on a trade. So no one is right all the time (although it is possible to be wrong all the time..... insert curse word of choice here)
