A well-orchestrated scam, from which Moscato and the board should not go out unpunished. Fraudulent incidents like these, as well as ruining many people financially, confirm that investing in stocks is equivalent to playing poker with fake cards.
With Chapter 7 and all the creditors coming forward, we have very little to hope for.
