Woah Oh Oh Ooooh Oh Oh Oh

Livestreaming Beauty And Fashion Platform Buywith Raises $9.5M In Seed Funding

https://www.beautyindependent.com/livestreami...d-funding/

Woah Oh, oh the dilution. How dare companies raise money. What the hell is Buywith doing. Buywith what, they had no money.

"Buywith is currently working with 15 global beauty brands on livestream sessions. Charlotte Tilbury and MAC Cosmetics are among them. Walmart is the platform’s largest partner."

Do you know many companies claim they are working with Walmart. Big brands run a lot of PoCs and Pilots.

Click on 'Archive' to watch a few recorded sessions if you're timing isn't right to find a live one

Oh Oh Oh, what a pile of crap. It's exactly the wrong way to do live streaming. The PIP with the host in the small pic is backwards, but it's a cheapo way to develop it. Wait until Walmart watched a few Verb streams

But oh wait, there is more...

Ooooh, Firework Closes $150M SoftBank Vision Fund 2-Led Series B to Continue to Build the Future of Commerce

Oh what I could 'buywith' the 15x 'buywith' dilution!

but I did warn you all of these companies that aren't public will be coming back to the wishing well time and time again for larger raises.

Get this... it's just 'Series B'

Keep your eye on the prize...

"Facebook parent company Meta's recent announcement that it will charge a 47.5% fee on all transactions on its Horizon Worlds metaverse app was the most recent flashpoint to emerge from the debate around Internet centralization."

Oh, imagine that...47.5%. Now that is marketing. 48% would have freaked sellers out.

Now you know why Verb's Market is attractive

The preceding was just a take of the industry right now with links and facts. Do your own DD and don't be lazy getting it off of message boards.

But riddle me this batman. If Fireworks was out of money and needed to raise $150M for a total now of $269.3M in funding over 8 rounds. What do you think their valuation is?

HINT: A lot higher than $269.3M

Now go figure out what Verb is worth in comparison

Oh, hell...

Let's just flip over all the cards...

Fireworks says it is now valued at $750 million
