DTC chills are best found via the official list they publish.  I have not done so.  TDA/Zecco often have their own "chill" list, often confused with the DTC list.  Any brokers clearing thru Penson are likely to "chill" more OTC's.  Penson has had issues, well documented.  JMO.  $HLNT
