Loose Lips - Your friends seem to be biotech naive. If you want another eye to review a baby-biotech, you need someone who knows the industry. Your friends have proven with their feedback that they do not. And worse, they don't know what they don't know - thus instead of recognizing their lack of experience in the small biotech r&d level industry, they applied tools of evaluation for a whole different industry and believed these tools to be appropriate to this one. Big grain of salt here for you. They quite obviously were way out of their knowledge area and it shows.
