it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it turns out that 4-good was the private placement entitiy dated 5/12, executed 5/6 which totaled $6.5 million.
simply the transfer of that money held in their name as collateral for the bond for shares while CytoDyn takes that money and puts it into escrow as collateral for the bond.
