Interferon alpha is an upregulator of both the innate and adaptive aspects of the immune system. For that matter, so is interferon gamma. The secretion of which ramps up the immune reponse and usually ends up with inflammation.
You're probably saying that if Leronlimab is taking a practically non-functioning immune system like the ones the Long Haulers have as described by Otto Yang, and then ramped up their immune systems with LL administration, causing normal levels of CCR5 to be expressed on the cell surfaces of the CD4 T cells, then that should have also resulted in the expression of increased Interferon Alpha, right?
