Could management themselves be creating or setting up a short squeeze?
You have to wonder about these things. A lot of things are going on where shareholders really have legitimate concerns & questions about why certain decisions/actions are being made. Shareholders base these concerns on external clues and information which they have access to while insiders apparently are acting on a set of information only they have access to which is pointing to something starkly different from what a shallow glance seems to point to.
