I do not know Pestells cost basis on those 8 million shares,
However, the only real way he has to make anything on the deal he has iis for the company to become successful & for sp to increase.
The 7 million shares that he has warrants to purchase only make sense if purchased after sp exceeds $.37. He may choose not to purchase even once it reaches $10, but he can at any point, but probably won’t, even after it reaches $5.
You see, even after he sells his 8 million shares say at five he still has another 7 million which he can buy at $.37 each and ride it from five until infinity and he may likely do just that.
So, like us, the sp must rise for him to score. He has plent to motivate him to make sure that happens.
it is interesting though how they mentioned only oncology for Pestell and how we have to be associated with chemotherapy for him to be successful in his collaborative undertakings. LL is so much greater than a chemo super charger.
