Question about the Amarex arbitration.
Have been going back and forth with a poster here about the scope of the present arbitration with Amarex. It was my understanding that the arbitration only applies to the unpaid invoices that Amarex has given CYDY, and not the damages that Amarex's shoddy work and/or malfeasance have caused CYDY. Which would, if I'm correct, be dealt with in a later lawsuit, one hopes.
Is this a correct understanding of this arbitration? I know some posters feel that CYDY, if they accept a withdrawal of the invoices, might be jeopardizing their chances to recoup damages.
Would be delighted if Marc or Jake or others in the know would respond. Thanks.
