The CD07 has a Phase 1b portion that included MTD. That phase has most certainly been completed - was to last 21 days.
What's interesting is that the CD07 and CD09 are both being run through Quest Clinical Research. I'm closely watching what happens around Dr. Jay's actions/behavior as queuing for a direction. So far he's playing some cards in a way that indicates some sort of posturing for an "event"...again...keeping a close eye on things there.
