Why would a company that has so much confidence from a fortune 500 subsidiary need to file a 14C for a 100:1 to 1000:1 reverse split?
Why the call out by Snpw for support from co-distributors and need for supply houses?
It won't be long before a broke wholesaler/distributor on a consignment basis with a manufacturer is left holding the bag. Potty training is not for a public company.
