If I remember they didn't have a "dtc chill" on HLNT.  They wanted out of the penny stock market and made it incredibly hard to trade ANY of them, not just HLNT.  I have Zecco and pretty much sold everything when that happened.  Now they (Trade King) is going to start a monthly charge if their is no activity on your account and you do not have $2500 in cash or securities on it.
