It appears to me that Chad responds to shareholders only.
If your broker holds the stock beneficially for you,you will not show up on the stockholder list.
There has been some discussion of this on the I crap board.
Best example is you have purchased shares and they are held by scottrade beneficially for you. Yeah they are your shares but to the outside world it appears Scottrade is the owner.
When they were mailing the newsletter,did you get yours direct from HLNT or via your broker? If via your broker,then HLNT doesn't recognize you as a stockholder and your emails will likely be ignored.
You can call your broker and get them to change that so you will show up on Chads NOBO list.
