i agree piggy back could be a big deal.
if leronlimab does piggy-back on white blood cells, that could be just fine.
you could put some other molecule to piggy-back on the leronlimab.
then as long as the double piggy-back fully dissociates at the right moment, you get delivery to CNS fluid.
