so this is saying that the BBB essentially disintegrates under inflammatory states. At least portions of it. So massive holes are punched into the BBB during inflammatory states or holes large enough to make it as if there is no BBB. Well anything can get through that.

I guess you're saying that the body will repair the BBB after the inflammation is gone. But the brain is now infected with cells, and proteins that never should have got in there.
