I think it is that Pestell is a large shareholder so they have to play nice. If they actually bring him in to the team at some level, they better have a very good explanation. We don't need him and I hope he sells off his shares and disappears. I think this is likely and his dedicating his shares to 13d is because Nader and Jordan were the ones holding him from the last of his shares and he wanted them gone so he can get his shares. His goal is achieved, he can go off into the sunset now.
