TECO is at .01 because TECO has failed to deliver and provides numerous excuses for the bashers to execute on.   Do you really think everything the bashers say is 100% untruthful?  I'm a long and I'm also a realist.  On the other hand all it will take is the quoted 80-100 BPD and the PPS should recover.
