It absolutely was a grey area of what the sequence of events was. I remember that when Dr Pestell was brought in, Cytodyn was so enthusiastic that Dr Pestell did his due dilligance and saw great potential in Cytodyn. The truth was that Cytodyn should have done equal DD on Pestell and Prostagene.

I just wanted to remind us all about Tony's tenure and say that there was huge dilution and a complete lack of progress during his watch. His involvement with 13d and the rumor that they wanted to buy Incell follows the backdoor deal making he might have been doing. We all were excited about Dr Pestell at the time.
