My guess is that current mgmt mostly was not around when this all took place and does not have the bitterness many of us have. I hope this is a agreed upon statement to give dr pestell some credibility back so he has no reason to trash talk in the future. The prostagene deal and his shares was from a deal that was already agreed upon so there was little chance we get out of it.

I feel strongly we shareholders deserve a response from mgmt but I know we will not get one. I guess water under the bridge is all we can say. I just want everyone to remember how this went down and that we paid a big price for past mgmt screw ups by tony. As much dislike for nader there might be, he did not create this mess.

I hope current mgmt has there next quarterly update cc and allows us to ask questions live instead of the canned questions from the last one.
