Oh biloxi...if only it was that simple.
Settling this minor piffle is no more an "important step forward" than brushing your teeth in the morning is. It's housekeeping, pure and simple.
An all stock settlement does not show "faith in the company" when we all know that CYDY does NOT have $3mm to just give him, so this is the next best thing...moreover for now, it's the ONLY thing they could do. The man took what he thought he could most easily get, otherwise, if I was him, maybe I'd take cash and stock, but again, there ain't no cash to be had.
As I said before, let's not make more of this than it is and think something amazing is coming out of it.
