Whether it's Doc or not doesn't really matter. He's supposedly responded to pm's before and didn't follow through and hasn't paid the price yet. The trouble is that "positive results" can basically be anything positive. It's very uninspiring and leaves the door open for a very basic positive happening the other board can run with. If we've learned anything in the last several years it's that Doc always underwhelms when given the opportunity.
