Documents being prepared for signature. Delivery for a Happy New Year.
Based on these tweets, I have put together a theory that I THINK makes some sense. I think Doc started forming the Conglomerate last year February/March 2021, what else could bringing it all together mean? Once the conglomerate was formed he needed to audit all the financials, then do a consolidated audit. Meaning each individual company then one sheet with all financials consolidated. Then once all of that is done, submit it to the SEC. I think the Documents being signed in December was possibly papers sent to the SEC.
Documents being signed, delivery for Happy New Year, can't imagine all those documents were for was the Times Deal. It had to have been more in my humble opinion. I truly think Doc is waiting on SEC, he said in tweet last week train is not moving as fast as he wants. And he mentioned pandemic. I am not here to blame the pandemic, but none of us for one second can disregard the fact of the after effects the pandemic is having on our economy and other agencies and processes. I think doc is and has been doing all he can on his end, but once he hands paperwork or documents to other agencies, it's out of his hands completely. Can't blame him for that. Remember paperwork can be filed confidentially. Somethings are truly out of his hands. Let's try to see things from both sides and all angles. And not just get frustrated at doc because things are not moving as fast as we want, it's clear he wants to get moving along and some of it is just out of his hands. Let's be fair and realistic.
Remember when you GOD FORBID get into a car accident, do you feel all the effects that day? No your normally most sore a few days after the accident. Its like covid, yeah it hit us hard but we still are feeling PLENTY of after effects.
