Reported on other boards that the Dr. Pestell lawsuit was settled on Friday. I have not verified it personally on Pacer, but there appears to be a copy of the dismissal (each party to bear their own attorney's fees and costs) posted on Facebook.
I am suspecting that this settlement will require an 8-K this week.
One more issue appears to have now been resolved.
