Only updates worth noting are the issuance of Series A preferred shares of which Gerald has 100, John has 30, and Robert and Don have 15 each.
There is also a new liability line of $388k labeled as intercompany accounts. Not sure what that is, but I wonder if it represents a buildup to the $500k we have to pay Dr. Boyce for the debt deal to go through. Not sure if that means we have $388k left to raise, or $112k left.
