FWIW, Joe posted this on his FB page last Friday: Sorry, I saw it a couple days ago but didn’t get a chance to post until now.

In case the link doesn’t work, he states (w picture) that he had dinner in AZ with “our Partner Dr Chet Monder, Sr Partner, Arizona Endo Clinics”.
On their website (azendo.com), Chet S Monder is indeed the first Partner listed for the clinic, and the pic matches the gentleman Joe is with in his post. The practice appears to be focused on telemedicine.
I haven’t found a connection to Paradise Valley Family Medicine, which is the partner mentioned in Ks and conf calls, nor a mention of AZ Endo in quarterly reports, although I haven’t looked at 8Ks yet.
