100:1 to 1000:1 Reverse Split is much more important than a planned factory that will take how many years to set up...if ever (Medi-RI/Durango/Australia Feedstocks)?
That's exactly why any 8-K similar to the 5 other "planned" projects over the past 4 years will not make the stock move above a penny for more than a few hours.
Wouldn't be surprised if the stock is lower than before another "planned" factory 8-K came out today.
