Rumors have it that it's still being worked on. Unfortunately, as it always is with the DTC, no one will know when that occurs until the DTC announces it either on their daily report or informs the company directly. At least companies are given due process since the new law passes in 2012. So I'm optimistic that it will happen someday soon.
