I'm not sure of this, but I'm wondering if this is just the original study of NASH from which we're awaiting the 700 mg. top line results. Here's the only NASH study I could find for Cytodyn on clinicaltrials.gov:

I note that it was first posted 8/20/2020 and the collaborator is Amarex and shows a primary completion date of 12/27/2021.
