Yet, there is still that post where he stated modern antibiotics were ineffective against the new viruses such a Covid-19.
And when called out on that enormous knowledge gap, tried to backpedal and save face. Didn't work. Everyone knows he's a moron. Won't even admit when he makes a mistake or gets something wrong. Tries to spin it. He would do well in the Biden administration. Clueless and always placing blame on someone else.
