I am suspect of it. California rice farmers in the north part of the state can't plant, Shasta Lake is too low. I believe the mills RIBT uses are serviced by the American River whose reseviors are above last year. I hear a rumor that another PR could come out.
I believe the falling markets helped the few like RIBT that were up, partially why I suspect the rally might be over done. I love being wrong when I make money on my wrong thinking, lol.
My favorite stock story, BYI(Bally Technologies) that I never owned, made slot machines, they were bought out a few years after my story. In March 2000 the makets peaked. The internet laden NASDAQ from then until October 2002 lost 66% of it's value in that 30 month period. The S&P500 lost 50%. BYI, with casinos exploding around the world went up 106 fold in almost those same exact 30 months, then it fell when the market started going up. so, $1000 became $106,000 if you miraculously timed it perfect. Will RIBT doo this? LOL I will sell 2/3's of my shares a $3.00.
