That does not mean we need one, two different adjectives.
None of us are on the staff. Only by daily interaction with staff & Board would one be able to reasonably infer such a statement. Given the situation and assets at their disposal, they may be performing well. Don't forget a CEO comes with high cost/benefits. We do not know the status of any negotiations which could impact such a decision.
