Caruso, I sadly advise you to refer to page 32, Item 11 of Executive Compensation from the recent 10-K, which can be found here.

In there you will see the sweet deal that management gifted themselves for 2021. As you can see, Ram Peralta or however you spell his name (please pardon my lack of spelling here) earned $2,900,000 of total compensation and the table shows what salary was, what his bonus was, and what the incentive stock option award was. We must assume here that the salary and bonus was paid in cash while the ISOs were a cashless exercise of which they sold them on the open market to then deposit cash in their personal bank accounts from the sale.
In my opinion, I cannot agree that they deserved this type of pay.
