Look at page 36 of the recent filed 10K under stock option plan. Parg. #3 in Dec.2020 management took 57,000,000 shares and Parg.#5 in Dec. 2021 management took 65,000,000 shares. From Dec.2020 to Dec.2021 management took 122,000,000 shares. So everyone got diluted with the reverse splits and management just issued themselves new shares so not to be hurt like all the shareholders.
