No accountant but 2021 financials still unaudited?

I don't know, but maybe the company is exempt from needing audited financials? Of course certified audited financials would seem to be more reliable. But these are probably close enough. Looks like the company just needs some serious funding and additional personnel to get the ball down field. Makes sense why the 14C was filed last month. Need to protect the only revenue source for the past few years.
