Not a chance. Dr. Jay would never IMHO do such a thing. Might give shareholders some more enthusiasm, but that was 0% of Dr. Jay's reason for posting this.

Maybe trying to get the FDA's attention. This also gives the FDA an out for their inaction the last 2 1/2 years. It's the former CEO's fault, not ours. Plausible deniability for their inaction. Putting the FDA in a situation that they can save face.
