Competence does not guarantee FDA approval. There are many drugs during the Pandemic that had competent CEO's behind them that are still looking for approval.
Both Dr. Kelly and Dr. Paterson were on board when CD10 and CD12 were designed. Both would have known about Amarex's failures going back to Dec. 2019. They were also both on the BOD during 2020 and into mid 2021 so they both share blame for not acting sooner.
NP raised a bunch of money and ran LL up a lot of flag poles and ran the share price up as well until the very end.
