I was part of a group of investors that began investing in 2016 and usually held anywhere from 400k-500k shares. It became apparent early on that NP was woefully inexperienced and unfit for the position. And at very least should never have been the voice/face of the company. We stopped enabling him and abstained/withheld our votes in 2019/20/21--
I lay the blame at the BOD doorstep. It's their duty and role to adequately fill this vital role, but they seemed unwilling or unable to take the necessary action. Listening to the video had me seething - so much time, money and shares wasted-
But I do agree were in a much stronger position with current management and accompanying employees
