I tend to agree with you about most penny stock CEO's, kgem. Have encountered 2 or 3 myself, as I know you have. But I may be naive, but I think we have a good one here. I don't think NorthCal could be snookered by a slick talking CEO. And we have not been run over with fluff PR's. We have a golden opportunity here if we do in fact have an honest management running the company. I really believe with the right news, this could be one of those one in a million runners. But I quess we'll just have to see.
